Being a best value furniture store in Australia, we are always committed towards customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be new and in unused condition. In case you are in need of returning or exchanging the product purchased from our store, we are always happy to assist you with the set of our returns policy as under:

First and foremost, you will require a proof of purchase from our store, Easy Home World in order to initiate the process for Refund or Exchange. As a proof of purchase you can have the Tax Invoice or the Receipt provided during the delivery on online purchase.

In order to initiate the Refund or Exchange claim please provide the proof of purchase disclosing the reason of refund or exchange. We will then assess your claim to determine the nature of issue and proceed with it accordingly.

In case of returns, please make sure that the furniture is not damaged after you have received it. The refunds will generally be paid to the customer whose details were provided during the purchase. The refunds will be made using the original payment method. PayPal refunds will be usually processed within 24 hours. Once the product is open and used no refund will be allowed, however we will fix any problems that occurred during the warranty period.

In case of exchange, we are always here to assist you to make a better purchase of the furniture from Easy Home World. But you will be responsible for all the transportation costs that might occur during the exchange. For exchange of the furniture with the ones available at our store, contact us with the proof of purchase along with the furniture you are planning to exchange with. We shall then deliver you the new furniture once we receive the furniture that you return to us.

We are always committed to provide you best value furnitures, however some new lot prices may be vary according to the dollar value. We believe in quality and all the new products we will be upgrading quality and price may vary. Please check our website for lates price of the product. For refund from after pay there will be a Cancellations fee of 10%. Please order carefully or ring us and start ordering. If you order the product and we schedule delivery and no one is at delivery location, we will take the delivery fee and you need to pay extra delivery fee. We always give our customers at an hr notice before we deliver.

Warranty Policy

All products comes with 1 year warranty, for mattress and sofa warranty periods are more please ask us about it.

If anything wrong we will go to the delivered address and fix the product or we will bring it to our warehouse and fix it and get it delivered, Please cooperate with this. If you changed your address warranty will be void. Please understand, we sell bulky stuffs and it is more likely to get damaged while moving around, specially moving from one place to another. Mattress warranty, it’s printed on the mattress and it only covers if the mattress firm level is changed. No color damage, corner damages or anything that more likely get damaged when moving around or done forcefully. If product looks forcefully damaged warranty won’t cover. MATTRESSES WARRANTY WILL BE VOID IF STAINS ON THE MATTRESS, PLEASE USE GOOD MATTRESS PROTECTOR. WARRANTY WON’T COVER IF THE ADDRESS IS DIFFERENT THEN THE DELIVERY ADDRESS.
